On April 20th, 2022, Fatima College hosted an expo-styled career day which attracted participation from a number of stakeholders, including Caribbean Airlines. This was their first in-person career session , since the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The expo-styled career day session was themed: “Overcoming the New Normal” and was organised by Fatima College’s Parent Support Group.
Caribbean Airlines’ team members who represented at the session comprised:
- Engineer Anson St. Louis
- Flight Attendant Marlon Dolly
- B 737 First Officer Ameer Ali
- B 737 First Officer Sheldon Rampersad

Fatima College expressed sincere thanks to Caribbean Airlines for attending and sharing with the students. In a formal ‘Thank You’ note issued the College said the airline’s “booth was both informative and educational and we are confident that the information that was shared with the boys will educate and enlighten them on some of the subjects required to enter their preferred profession.”
The college added “we received a great deal of positive feedback from the boys after the event and we feel assured that they left the Expo knowing that, with a good education and hard work, theirs will be a bright, productive and successful future no matter where their career path takes them.”
