Caribbean Airlines hosts first Online Career Fair

CTS College of Business and Computer Science Ltd’s groundbreaking Online Career Fair

Education is a key pillar for Caribbean Airlines. In these challenging and unprecedented times the airline is  embracing innovative ways to continue its Career outreach initiative in  schools.

Caribbean Airlines’ Head of Corporate Communications made history when she participated in the CTS College of Business and Computer Science Ltd’s groundbreaking Online Career Fair on Friday 22 May, 2020.

The virtual fair also  attracted participation from several  form three students attending St. Mary’s College .

Ms. Ligoure, who was joined by flight attendant Ms. Tarelle Julien, provided insight into their role and job functions at CAL, and they both took time to answer questions posed by students interested in pursuing careers in the aviation industry.

CAL’s participation in the college’s virtual  fair is a first for the company keen to continue its career guidance outreach programme , notwithstanding the challenges presented by the Covid 19 virus , which has limited face-to-face interactions in traditional classrooms.
