Caribbean Airlines Sponsors Reggae Girlz
Jamaica women’s national football team, nicknamed the “Reggae Girlz”, is one of the top women’s national football teams in the Caribbean region along with Trinidad and Tobago and Haiti.
Caribbean Airlines became the official Airline of the Reggae Girlz and the presenting sponsor for Reggae SumFest, a union that will span two years.
As an authentic Caribbean air carrier that is proudly owned by the people of Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago, this union represents a natural partnership of two of the region’s leading brands.
In celebrating the partnership between the Reggae Girlz and Caribbean Airlines, CEO Garvin Medera stated, “Caribbean Airlines is thrilled and feels privileged to be the Official Airline of the Reggae Girlz who created history by becoming the first Caribbean Team to reach the FIFA Women’s World Cup.”
