Caribbean Career Caravan
Guiding the Next Generation of Professionals
Since 2016, Caribbean Airlines has been committed to inspiring the next generation through its Caribbean Career Caravan. Originally launched in partnership with Trinidad & Tobago’s Tourism Ministry, the initiative was later rebranded and expanded by the airline to reach students across the region.
Today, the Career Caravan continues to grow, with Caribbean Airlines employees volunteering their time to share real-world career insights with enthusiastic students. Leveraging technology, the initiative extended its reach during the pandemic with virtual career caravans in Barbados and Jamaica, allowing even more students to explore aviation and tourism careers.
As the program evolved, we expanded to in-person engagements, with our most recent stop in St. Lucia (2025), where students had the opportunity to interact face-to-face with our team.
To date, the program has engaged over 60,000 students—many of whom have expressed interest in aviation and related industries.

As previously stated, the Caribbean Career Caravan began as a virtual initiative during the pandemic, connecting students in Barbados and Jamaica to industry professionals through online sessions. As the program evolved, we expanded to in-person engagements, with our most recent stop in St. Lucia (2025), where students had the opportunity to interact face-to-face with our team.
With the success of these events, the Caribbean Career Caravan continues to grow, bringing career insights and mentorship directly to students across the region.
