Caribbean Airlines  kickstarted its  Career Caravan  in Kingston Jamaica for 2026 with a visit to the St. Hugh’s High School on Tuesday February 17,2026.

Grade nine students at the Secondary School got the unique opportunity to  connect with some  of  the airline’s staff based in Kingston,  who took time off from their  busy schedules to share about  career options within the aviation field and to  answer their questions about the industry.

This is the first time that the airline has  engaged with students at the school through its caravan initiative, following an invitation from the school.

Team members representing Caribbean Airlines at the up-close-and-personal  ‘Career Talk’ session were:

-Claudia Goldson-Rae- Purser
-Cpt. Lisa Elliott- Pilot
-Carleen Dixon-Reservation Supervisor and
-Lisa Boland, Inflight Manager

The airline’s career caravan is a key element of its sustainability programme,   built around  the pillars of Education, Community and Wellness. Through this initiative Caribbean Airlines has to date connected with over 100, 000 students (and counting) in the destinations it serves.
