Caribbean Airlines’ Employees Donates Toys and Clothing

Caribbean Airlines employees helped spread joy and cheer during the festive Christmas season donating toys and gently used clothing as part of the airline's Toy and Clothing Drive sustainability initiative for 2025.

At least  eleven(11) organisations, inclusive of children’s homes and charity based NGO’s,  benefitted from this community- focused project across Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Barbados and Toronto Canada.

And , for the very first time,  the airline  expanded its reach to include a number of senior citizens’ homes , whose members were delighted to receive  contributions of gently used clothing. Collectively the airline’s staff donated over 528 pounds of clothing,   impacting communities in a meaningful and tangible way.

This drive was held in keeping with the airline’s sustainability programme and algin’s with the company’s  goals to give back to the communities in the destination it serves.

The airline’s employees also donated toys .  In Guyana  staff even went the extra mile  to gift-wrap toys and played the role of “Santa” by presenting them  to several children residing  at  the  Hope Children’s Home on December 16 2025, much to their delight.

Caribbean Airlines Sales Executive for Guyana and Suriname Dion Inniss who accompanied the team commended their efforts noting that their  generous donations  no doubt helped to put a smile on the faces of the children in keeping with the spirt of spreading joy and cheer during the Christmas season.

Leela Samichand , Supervisor of the Hope Children’s Home  also expressed sincere thanks to the team .“The joy brought by these gifts from Caribbean Airlines is hard to put into words, thank you so much for this great gesture, may God continue to richly bless the staff of Caribbean Airlines we are forever grateful to you especially at this time of sharing.”

In  Port-of-Spain  and Barbados the airline’s employees  also went over and beyond to spread joy and cheer, with  various community based organisations benefitting from their generous contributions.
