Caribbean Career Caravan:

Guiding the Next Generation of Professionals

Since 2016, Caribbean Airlines has been committed to inspiring the next generation through its Caribbean Career Caravan. Originally launched in partnership with Trinidad & Tobago’s Tourism Ministry, the initiative was later rebranded and expanded by the airline to reach students across the region.

Today, the Career Caravan continues to grow, with Caribbean Airlines employees volunteering their time to share real-world career insights with enthusiastic students.

The program has, to date,  engaged over 80,000 students and counting—many of whom have expressed interest in aviation and related industries.

During the global pandemic (2020-2022) the airline capitalised on the opportunity to further  expand its  Career outreach  initiative by leveraging the  technology to connect  with hundreds of  secondary school students across the Caribbean , inclusive of  Guyana, Barbados and Jamaica.

In 2025 the programme continues to evolve bringing career insights and mentorship directly to students in the classroom regionally; our team created history by introducing  the  career caravan for the very first time  to St Lucia (during January 29-31)  and then next to St. Vincent and the Grenadines  (from May 07-09 2025)  much to the delight of students.
