The airline is keen to support legitimate NGO's/CBO's that are making a positive impact in society
The Rapidfire Kidz Foundation, in celebration of its 10 anniversary as a Non profit entity, organised a raffle to raise much needed funds, that will enable the Foundation to continue its charitable work with children and communities in Trinidad.
Ten (10) big prizes were up for grabs, including the second prize of two (2) return airline tickets to Miami, courtesy Caribbean Airlines. The raffle was widely advertised on social media, and two promotions were held at Gulf City Mall and a third at Trincity Mall.
According to the Foundation’s President, Kevin Ratiram, “Three thousand ( 3,000) tickets were printed, and all were sold. This overwhelming response was mainly due to the attractive prizes, including the Caribbean Airlines’ tickets. Some people bought raffle tickets specifically hoping to win the trip to Miami. The tickets were won by an ecstatic Ms. Laura Morgan.”

Ratiram expressed gratitude to the airline for its kind support and indicated that “at all proceeds will go towards funding the Foundation’s many charitable projects, including its Eyes Right Project, through which it provides free eyeglasses to primary-school children in partnership with Atlantic LNG; the maintenance of its state-of-the-art Playpark at the Palmiste Park; its annual Schools’ Christmas Treat and its annual Hospital Christmas and Easter Treats.”
