On January 22 and 23, a team from Caribbean Airlines’ Corporate Communications Department attended the Green Infrastructure Conference 2025, held at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.
The two-day conference brought together industry experts and sustainability advocates to discuss key trends in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investments.
Through engaging panel discussions and presentations, our team gained valuable insights into the evolving landscape of sustainable business practices and corporate responsibility.
Participants also had the opportunity to tour the Orange Grove Composting Facility, where they observed large-scale organic waste management in action, and visited Vetiver TT’s Trincity project site to learn how vetiver grass is being used for erosion control and land rehabilitation.
Additionally, the Green Infrastructure Conference facilitated key networking which made it possible for many eco-friendly NGO’s and businesses, not only to connect, but to explore various ways of integrating sustainability into their business practices , so as to drive positive environmental change and social impact.
Here are some highlights.
