Caribbean Airlines annual Back-to-School stationery drive for 2024 was a tremendous success, owing to the generous contribution of staff who donated over 6000 items to the initiative, making it the largest contribution to date.
In Trinidad the airline partnered with a number of community based organisations, among them the North Coast Foundation, Igbega Foundation (Laventille) and Su’Anns Collections, to distribute much needed school supplies to children and young people in need. The Probation Hostel for teens and The Children’s Residence Home based in Tobago were also recipients.
Additionally , for the first time the airline also shipped stationery supplies to Barbados , Guyana and Kingston Jamaica for distribution in those destinations, thanks to the big-hearted, selfless giving of its staff.
In Guyana our team was happy to donate stationery supplies to the not-for-profit organisation “Feed -A-Child”, which was established 7 years ago to provide support to under privileged children in the South American nation .
