THAG is the leading Association representing Guyana’s tourism and hospitality industry

Ms. Candacy Toney was the lucky winner of two coveted airline tickets for travel to the USA courtesy Caribbean Airlines, at the Tourism and Hospitality Association of Guyana’s (THAG)  Annual President’s  Award Dinner & Auction, held at the Marriott  Hotel on May 20th, 2023.

Dion Inniss , Caribbean Airlines Sales Executive Guyana and Suriname (right in photo),  was on hand to present the prize to Ms. Toney.

THAG is a membership based, non-profit, hotel and tourism group that is the lead voice of stakeholders in Guyana’s destination product.

The Association’s annual Dinner & Auction is its signature fundraising event, hosted to generate revenue for  various  programmes and development initiatives aimed at boosting the tourism sector in Guyana, which continues to be  an important destination to Caribbean Airlines.
